I did my NLP training from 1995 - 1998 and I am now a Master Practitioner. I've thought of taking further qualifications - but instead I've followed my areas of interest to widen my skills - rather than chase pieces of paper. I'm really interested in Clean Language and attend a practice group in Portchester. Until about two years ago I worked in local government as a senior manager, where I found NLP wonderfully useful - mostly for managing my own state when things got frustrating! I also used it to negotiate outcomes for projects I was involved in and in 1-2-1 coaching sessions with my staff. I cannot imagine life without NLP, yet I'm not sure I can (or want to) pinpoint where the difference is. Nigel and I studied together and this alone has given us a language to explore: difficulties when we bump up against them; new ideas as they emerge.
