Hi everyone. I have recently obtained my Master NLP Prac and applying these techniques into the areas of physical fitness. An area I have always had an interest in. I have developed a Health and Fitness Journal that I sell online: itsallaboutmejournal.com.au. I am about to launch Telephone Coaching to help promote and motivate people into the wonderful benefits of being fit and healthy. Other products I will have available soon are hypnotic CD's and a range of CD's to work out to. I am also promoting a wellbeing journal that will assist people in monitoring thier own actions and thoughts on a daily basis that will help promote a positive and healthy outlook on life while eliminating bad habits and limiting strategies.
