I completed the Paul McKenna NLP Practitioner training in December 2007 and found it to be an overall possitive experience that did change my life (at least temporarily). I was much more chilled out about things, happier, and seemed to look at things in a different way where obstacles just weren't as big anymore. My main reason for attending was increase my personal confidence in the workplace in order to enable me to form better business relationships and network effectively. My possitive experience enthused me to use NLP as my dissertation topic. The title is Can Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques improve the “soft” leadership qualities of manager?. I would really like to benchmark my experiences on using NLP in the workplace with that of others. I would be interested to hear from you if you would like to help me.
