I run a therapy practice in Stopsley, Luton using NLP/Hypnosis/Time Line Therapy, EFT and Reiki (healer/teacher). My clients usually come from the herts, beds, bucks areas. My mission is to inspire and empower others to become the best they can (treating the individuals holistically). I help them to improve relationships, release negative emotions and pains, reduce stress, increase self confidence weight control, stop smoking, overcome fears/phobias, sleep well, eradicate bad habits (nail biting etc), relax and more. Im also a qualified and practicing supply teacher with CRB clearance. Workshops in stress, weight control, self confidence, learning styles (for teachers) and creating your goals.
