Damian Hamill is an experienced change agent using tools from hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Symbolic Modelling. He is a qualified hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner of NLP, holds Intermediate Skills Certification in Contemporary Psychotherapy and is an INLPTA Certified NLP Coach Practitioner. Damian has also trained in Time Line Therapy and Symbolic Modelling. Damian is a Faculty Member of the BST Foundation, Course Director for the BST Foundation's courses in Ireland and has recently been appointed as a Senior Lecturer for the Diploma of Higher Education in Clinical Hypnosis, awarded by St Mary's University College in London. Apart from his experience in the field of therapy and coaching, Damian has extensive experience in diverse business areas – private, public and voluntary sector. He spent two years in the City of London in Financial PR and has subsequently acted independently as a communications and presentation consultant to several brokerages and companies on the London Stock Exchange. This blend of skills and experience enables Damian to bring to his executive coaching an appreciation of the particular culture and demands of business and the City. He believes this understanding of the dynamics of business life is critical in order to work realistically with clients from such backgrounds.
