Hi All,
My names James and I've only just started to get into NLP in the last couple of weeks
I went through CBT (after suffering a depression) and also have a standing servre fear of abandoment (unable to be solved with CBT) which I am now working on getting rid of.
My main reason for starting into NLP is to get rid of my debilitating fear of abandonment. So if anyone could point me in the right direction here it would be greatbut I also hope NLP can be used later on down the track to improve all aspects of my life.
