| Re: Hi There Welcome, Mikail - good to see you here. Start from wherever you are now, and make sure your shoes are pointed at where you want to go  . Some people read a few introductory books, and if you search the site (Search the archive link on upper left) you'll find no end of posts recommending those. Others take an introductory training, or even jump right into a practitioner training if they can find one within traveling distance. Lots of those mentioned in various threads, also. Keep following those shoes. It's gonna be a fun trip, wherever they take you. |
