| Hiii Hiii everyone. Really interested in what NLP can do. Can it help change behaviour patterns such as; I tend to be quite lazy when it comes to doing work and this is incredibly annoying - i really want to be organized and get all my (uni) work done well in advance of deadlines and have my revision sorted and stress free early. Also, I wanna do stuff like join the gym and go regularly... just want some structure and organization in my life. I seem to be a bit of a slave to myself and really wanna sort this out. Can NLP help do this?
