Just introducing myself...My name is Tom Bricklin and I'm a software developer from Wales.

I got interested in NLP after watching Anthony Robbins talk at Ted Talks after which I read his book Unlimited Power. Specifically I'm interested in harnessing the power of modelling to achieve excellence in my chosen field (software development). There are plenty of people to model (Steve Jobs, Linus Torvalds, the Google guys etc.) My primary interest, though, is in how to model these great software developers, designers and visionaries.
