In Vipassana Meditation a person learn to observe only the feeling of touch through the body, the nature of sensation is changement and those sensations are to observe without any craving or rejection, there is not any imagination involved (

The Mace Method -- Main Page) the work is made with negative feeling which create negatives identities and those will be dis-created with almost natural play with images.
