after hearing about a thing called 3d mind, i want to learn ways of improving my self esteem.... which means getting rid of the inner critic.
this has lead me into reading about the exciting world of nlp.
i am a noob but mite even wish to learn more about it.
in the mean time what are the best techniques, (proven), for peace of mind, and ones which see a real difference in living?
theres so many so called techniqies which ALL claim to be the best so am unsure which way to go!!
i have a paraliminal which is interesting, but i am sure it is placebo which doesnt really work on me!
