Hi folks!

Hi folks!

I'm in kind of a sticky situation at the moment so I figured I'd sign-up to a community to ask for suggestions... I've been interested in NLP for a fair while now and have read a few books, articles etc including Joseph O'Connor's Workbook.

Today I was talking to a colleague as he was logging into one of his online trading accounts and I seem to have accidentally wiped his mind of his password...

Here's what happened as far as I can remember:-

He was typing his username and I asked him how often he uses his account.
He paused after entering his username so I said to him "You've forgotten your pass?"
He then got rather irritated and embarrassed because he can remember over 100 of his normal email, bank, gambling account passwords but this one he can't remember.
He tried entering 3 separate passwords and his account then got blocked and he has to send them a photocopy of his passport to have the account re-enabled.

So... I know my pattern-break wasn't intentional and I also know that at the time he paused he was thinking about the last time he used his account, hence the pause and I also know that during the pause I managed to suggest that he forgot his pass BUT how do I help him remember again?

I thought maybe repeating the process and saying "You remember your pass" may work but I've not tried yet...

Looking forward to being active here by the way! I'm a communitholic
