It's great to have just joined the forum and am looking forward to getting involved with the whole NLP thing.

This question has probably been asked loads of time already, but I run a couple of companies and am always going out to see people to try and sell our services. What really interests me about NLP is how to build rapport, use the right words and lead them into making the best decision for them - namely that they should use us!

At the moment we have a decent conversion rate, but it would be great to increase it further.

Could anyone recommend any essential reading (either books or the net), any DVD's, training courses that can get us moving in the right direction?

The major thing that we sell are websites, (our website is tempest web design | web design leicester | best web design in leicester and the midlands ) so if the advice could be structured around this then that would be fantastic!
