    Making the Change ?

    Hi everyone im lou i have just joined and have been a life coach and yoga instructor for a long time, i have laways been fascinated by how the mind works and how beliefs create reality which i firmly believe, i thoroughly understand the principles but have not had great success with permanently changing the really deep rooted beliefs, am i missing something here?????

    How many times have you discovered these beliefs with another professional at creating change?
    What if you did, would you be able to learn HOW they changed the deep rooted beliefs AFTER they made the change?

    P.s. When you think about the questions above, just note they're there because sometimes even the best NLP Trainers need the opportunity to relax and think while another person equally skilled guides them through a process they themselves would have a hard time doing themselves.

    Hi Lou


    I would like to invite you to give something a go, you will need a pen or pencil to play along with, with the palm of your hand facing the sky hold the pen or pencil now squeeze until it gets really really unconformable- now keeping your palm facing the sky slowly open your hand- now if the pen or pencil is a metaphor of all your beliefs- then you will notice that you are holding them and they are holding you- now close your hand again, and once again squeeze the pen or pencil really really hard and as you do that place in to the pen or pencil any and all beliefs- keep squeezing only rotate your wrist so the palm of your hand is facing the floor, take a slow deep breath and open your hand so all them beliefs fall to the ground, and just let them go.

    As you do that in that very instant of letting them fall to the floor, they let you go as well, so in that very moment of letting go- how and what would you find most useful and if it helps you can go through the chakras from the root to the crown and just like letting the pen and pencil go you can let any energy go as well, and just notice how you shift in consciousness and from this place of potential of possibilities.


    Now ask your self what is a cup? How do you know?
    What is a Tree? How do you know?
    What is a star? How do you know?
    What is a thought? How do you know?
    What is a belief? How do you know?
    and if you can choose the beliefs that work for you what will they be?
