Hi, my name is Geof, I am 44 years old (but is it) and have started to get interested in NLP after a mate of mine told me in laymans terms what it was. Hmmmm, interesting me thought so i thought I would find out more. I am a carpenter by trade ( and never made a load of money in the boom, just a living) . NLP is a great way to become aware of all the the possibilities that you have so far not considered.

Or to put it another way, we get so used to doing things the same way all the time that it is useful to have a way to become aware of those patterns and try something else.
