Hello Friends -
Hello Friends My name is Ben and I'm from London.
I found this forum after wandering / wondering for ages if such a place for NLPers existed. Great! I like the way many aspects are catered for, and your many perspectives will certainly open many minds. I see no limits to the power of the mind, but that's just my limited mind's perspective
Warm regards,
Ben -
Hi Ben
Whether or not this forum actually exists depends entirely on your tangible perspective and if it does really exists then only in a place in in your mind but don't mind that because we all seem to visit the same place now and again since we all find ourselves wundering from here to there. Never Mind Welcome to the forum

Re: Hello Friends Collective Hallucinations that is what I am talking about! Welcome Ben..... -
Thanks guys - if this place is a collective hallucination, all well and good!
To coin a phrase, “A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions”. Groovy. -

To coin a phrase, “A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions”. Groovy. Actually, Ben, it was Oliver Wendell Holmes who said that. Groovy said "Oh, man, it's like... I mean... totally... pass that over here, man."
No, really. -

No, really. As Groovy's profound insights on experience were often pilfered by poets and philosophers for their gravitas, a mis-quote was inevitable sooner or later. Credit where it's due!

Re: Hello Friends Yes, the truly great are oft plagiarized and seldom revered in their own lifetime. Legend has it Groovy still wanders the streets of Peckham, alone and friendless but for his dog. If you see him sitting near the Lotto sign outside the ABC Mini-Mart in Rye Lane, a few coins may yield words of priceless wisdom. | |
