It was great for the BrainBox as it talked about the triune brain theory

Excellent program.

I found the 1/5 second gap between deciding to do something and it happening fascinating.The gap is the other way round. The unconscious does it and 1/5 later the conscious "decides" to do it. So the conscious mind is not deciding but registering what the unconscious mind has already set in motion.
