Mine has not arrived either.

There's been a delay with these CDs. I haven't received them myself yet and Michael seems to have disappeared (again!). I'm very sorry for the delay. They were due to go out on 1st December and I actually thought they had, until a few days ago when I began to hear from people. I'll be in touch with both of you (Darren and Phil) to arrange a discount if you like, or to re-schedule delivery. In the meantime, I'm taking down the links from the opening post - it's best if nobody else orders these until I physically have them in my hands. (That should be in a few days, between Christmas and New Year, but I don't want to make any firm promises until I actually have them here.)

I'll update the thread when I know more too.
