    G'day all,

Some additions to the Alphabet Chart edit from a course and conversation with John Grinder.

L for left always under R in alphabet.
R for right always under L in alphabet.
T for together always under T in alphabet.
Make all the letters the same size, and everything equally spaced. The more difficult the task is, the better it works, so always work at a level that provides 'failure', i.e. mistakes in execution.
Levels include: forwards, backwards, with cadence clapping by 2nd person, cross-laterality, diagonally, skipping every 3rd or 4th letter.
Make a new chart every time, otherwise you get used to the pattern.
Do the chart for 15 minutes to half an hour after first associating and then disassociating from the problem situation, then re-associate in new state.

I have a full write-up I did after the sessions with John that I could post if we are able to put up attachments.
As I don't hang out here a lot, email me if you want a copy emailed--MS Word format.

    Greg
