Hi, Rahul! Here's what I do...
I am an elementary music teacher, and work with young children all day long. One of my favorite things to do is to find a child who is looking sullen, and make eye contact with them, then engage in a brief conversation using some suggestions that I know they
really are finding it difficult to
smile now, but pretty soon
that smile is going to start creeping into the corners of your mouth, and if it wiggles around too much in there, eventually it will work its way down to your tummy where it starts to rumble a bit, and then bubble back up until it becomes a giggle in your throat, and then it starts doing the wave, and getting bigger and bigger, and grows, just like you're growing every day, and pretty much will end up making you doubled over on the floor in an all out-and-out BELLY LAUGH!
So, If I were having a time when I felt the need to smile, I would pretend I was a five year-old, and Mr. Adams were looking at me, and working his
magic now...and see what happens!
Have a laugh on me!
Phil
