Well we are much closer to THE ASSOCIATION OF COMPLETE MIND
THERAPIST'S - (ACMT) becoming a reality and hopefully raising up to
One million pounds or more each year for charity whilst also giving
us all repsectability and also lots of chances for good Publicity and
of course promotion through various Internet sites and other outlets.

What follows are proposed details of the Ethics, Rules of Conduct and
guidelines of membership for The Association of Complete Mind
Therapists which after careful consideration I have decided upon so
that a) It protects the public 100% and b) It gives the ACMT the
respectable face it deserves and of course c) It makes members of
these existing groups somewhat obliged to join ACMT so they can look
good also!

This means that potentially between the groups etc mentioned below
there are over 20,000+ (in fact with NLP that would be many more)
members who could potentially be giving £60 (approx $120) (plus gift
aid tax relief) to charity

1,000 people at £60 = £60,000 (approx $120,000)

10,000 people at £60 = £600,000 (Approx $1.2 Million)

20,000 people at £60 = £1.2 Million Sterling (approx $2.4 Million)

AND EVERY PENNY OF THAT WOULD BE GOING TO A WORTHY CHARITY...

Even better is the fact that when making the donation of £60 to
become a registered member of ACMT for 12 months, you can tick the
box and claim Gift Aid Tax relief so actually although you only
donate £60 UK Sterling, the charity actually gets far more.

And as stated previously the yearly membership fee will be £77 UK
Sterling of which £60 Sterling (Plus Giftaid where applicable) gos to
The Charity and the other £17 Sterling which will be paid direct to
the ACMT Internet Site Organiser will cover the cost of the website,
advertising our society, Public Relations to benefit all members and
of course printing and sending you all a certificate of membership
suitable for framing to show that YOU ARE SUPORTING CHARITY by being
a member of ACMT whilst also illustrating that you are an Ethical and
Safe Practitioner.

However it will be a few days BEFORE the official logo (which Stuart
Cassels of http://www.the-photo-wizard.co.uk) is desiginging will be
up there along with a link to the official ACMT website where members
will be listed etc so watch this space!

REMEMBER: £60 UK Sterling is paid to the charity page and the balance
of £17 UK Sterling will be paid to the ACMT paypal address which will
be set up in next few days and this will cover the website costs,
internet advertising for us, printing certificates and sending them
out to members etc and basically means The Assocaition of Complete
Mind Therapists will be operated such that

*We are a 100% Non Profit making Organisation

*All monies going directly to charity go directly there and the money
never goes anywhere near us or the members so never can anyone be
accused of anything negative.

*Each year the Charity will change to something else, and it is
suggested will have an INTERNATIONAL THEME such as International Red
Cross, Amnesty Inernational etc so that international members can
also benefit fully from the Public Relations oportunities that being
a member and supporting the charity offers them...

As stated there are just a few minor alterations to the above which
members of The Association of Complete Mind Therapists may indeed
choose to abide by (assuming they are not a member of the above
relevant group as well as ACMT) and these few addtional points which
members of ASSOCIATION OF COMPLETE MIND THERAPIST'S will follow are:

*Members will only use the title Dr. if they are medically licensed
in the country from which they practice to do so, or if their title
is issued in the country from which they practice and/or is legally
apostilled and as such legal in all Countries in the Hague Convention
and it is in a subject relevant to hypnotherapy, NLP or related
Psychological Mind Therapies (eg Counselling or Psychology) and
should not at any time be misused to mislead clients that they have
expertise which is not within their professional capabilities.

*Members are encouraged to provide and use genuine legal testimonials
from past happy clients in their advertising and upon request provide
proof of authenticity to clients considering treatment with them, but
only when the testimonials have been given voluntarily and are used
with the past clients legal consent, co-operation and permission.

*Any members found to have or who become convicted of any criminal
conviction which could perceptively or genuinely make them a danger
to the general public agree that they shall instantly be expelled
from membership of The Association of Complete Mind Therapists and
agree that in such circumstances they will be placed onto the ACMT
warning list for protection of the public.

*All members agree to operate within any and all laws which may
affect their business in the Country within which they are currenly
operating.

*All members agree to undertake Continual Professional Development
(CPD) of at least 20 hours per year, by way of attending workshops,
courses and seminars of an AMCT approved standard and/or by study of
specialist DVDS, audio & written training materials relevant to their
industry.

*That any demonstrations of Hypnosis for Entertainment will be
conducted in a legal manner and abiding by any and all laws which may
be in place in their country of residence and/or the place within
which they are engaged to perform.

*That all members will obtain and have in force at all times Public
Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover suitable and
relavant to the manner and treatment approach to which they are
operating within.

*Where legally necessary all members agree to register under The Data
Protection Act when keeping details of their clients on file as per:

*The use of title such as Revd. shall only be used when Hypnosis (or
related psychological therapies) are being used in a Religious manner.

*Members will ensure that (in the UK at least) they are honest at all
times in their dealings with the public, fellow professionals and the
media and never imply that this industry is bound by any special laws
or that membership of any group means more than another given that in
UK at least this is a self-regulated industry and no legally
rcognised body or association exists.

*Members will only offer GUARANTEE'S where the context of such is
clearly stated and agreed in advance with the client, whereby such
guarantee is legal and such guarantee is not misleading in any manner.

*In all manners Members unertake to abide by any and all laws (which
may relate to their profession directly and/or indirectly) such as
for example (in UK) Laws etc relating to advertising and the trades

BENEFIT'S OF MEMBERSHIP

*All members will be helping charity with £60 Sterling (plus gift
aid) going to a worthy cause which can be used for great Public
relations and media gaining opportunities....

*By striving to become the Worlds Largest Organisation of its kind,
should any actual Laws ever come into place to regulate our
industries, then we would be at the forefront and taken MORE
seriously than any other group, also due to public awareness of our
groups fund raising etc we'd have more power than anyone else to
become the leaders of any such industry regulation.

*Members charitable donations may be tax deductable for them,
certainly the £17 to cover running costs is tax dedcutable.

*It gives you a heighten respectability and perception to your
clients and can help in any advertising due to the charitable
fundraising links.

*Your name, contact details, web link small photo (when you supply
one) or logo and short paragraph of your services offered will be
entered onto the offical Association of Complete Mind Therapists
ebiste once you are listed on the Charity site as having made your
£60 donation and once you have paid the £17 to cover running costs to
the person running the site.

*By joining you are legally confirming that you have received
adequate training in your area of expertise and/or have gained enough
real world experience to treat the public and be bound by all rules
of ethical conduct and membership to the ACMT.

*You will have access to a fancy looking ACMT logo (currently being
designed) which subject to above conditions which will make you a
legal and full member of ACMT can be used on any and all of your
advertising materials along with mention that you are helping charity
(Good PR)

OTHER SOURCES OF INCOME FOR THE CHARITY

Individual practitoners can be become members as stated above, but
also we shall have an ACMT approved trainings page on the official
site, whereby subject to approval by the Honourary President of ACMT -
the training organisation can (at their own expense) provide a
Colourful Jped Banner Ad linking to their site and pay a yearly fee
for this to be displayed with ALL THE MONEY PAID GOING TO CHARITY.

Once a year (suggest this is tied in to World Hypnotism Day as per:

do a Group Therapy Session in their area FOR THE ACMT CHARITY and
donate all profits to the ACMT charity by way of the Just Giving site

when the donation is made they can put a comment such as Donated by
YOUR NAME from a group therapy event see my site YOUR SITE HERE for
more deails and it becomes more advertising for you and media people
can be referred to this in the course of other interviews you do and
such like.
