In an effort to cut down my postings , I have decided to , limit my posts , referring the reader instead , to a blogsite.

I trust this will keep my few critics happy, whilst upholding the interests of the Freedom of Speech and a continuing success of this site and all who use this site, for which I am very grateful to be accepted as an ''Active Member'' .

No disrespect , to anybody , intended , no disrespect I hope taken !

    Hi Peter,

I like the blog - you might like to address the excess comma issue, or have someone proof read your writing for you...

    Here's a useful page:

    http://www.lycoming.edu/arc/current/COMMAS.html

    And another: http://www.ssdd.uce.ac.uk/learner/grammar/commas.htm

    Good luck!

Good luck with your blog. I'm sure it'll be an interesting read and maybe it will suit your style better than posting anyway.

    Andy

I'd never mention NLP Fight Club on this site as it seems to upset soooo many people. Although I've heard that there are a few Master Trainers who find it hilariously funny.

I found it hillarious, I think the fact somebody has so much time on their hands that they create a parody site is funny, kinda pathetic though too.

Now the question is why? why did somebody create this site? I don't think it was created by a friend of NLP connections, do you Tina?

One thing that does make me wonder is this - given the offence taken by some parties, finger pointing and name calling and also considering the names I've been called by people from here offended by a site with which I am entirely unconnected, is the parody presented by http://www.NLPfightclub.com really that much of a parody?

I've posted my alternative theory about why he created Fight Club on another thread but if it was designed to be a self fulfilling prophecy as you say, I think it will fail. One thing I've always noticed about NLP Connections is that individual threads may get heated but the tone of the forum as a whole is always very friendly.

Can I just add my voice to the hilarity that is NLP Fight Club.

I found it very funny on first reading.
I also found it funny that someone would pay to put a parody site into google ad-words (that's where I first saw it).

    OOops so off topic.

Anyways - Peter W.'s blog spot.

    What's the link Peter?

Hey, I havent even had chance to read the Fight Club thing yet, I've just been so entertained by everyone's postings on the subject!

Very funny, and very good natured too, there's so much humour on this site. I love it (coming from the Billy Connolly school of management as I do)

And I hope Peter doesnt reduce posting, I like to see his smiling face & LOLs popping up all over the place

And if the Fight Club guy created fake personas to log on the site, how was he found out? And perhaps he's truly just a man of many parts?!

(And if the Fight Club guy created fake personas to log on the site, how was he found out?)i

It was obvious really because all the characters had the same hardline views and the same turn of phrase. Plus they promoted his products at every opportunity. LOL
