I recently finished reading Thinking in Systems: A Primer by Donella H. Meadows. I thought it was a fantastic introduction to Systems Thinking.

I used to use the resource below quite a lot when I had to deal with teams. It made it quite easy to explain why groups with good intentions can unfortunately end up working against each other and ruining each others work while thinking they are being helpful!

The two archetypes I found most useful were "Fixes that fail" and "Shifting the Burden"

    Shifting the Burden

Thanks for the pointer to SystemsThinking.Org. It's fantastic.
