I Made a Sub-modality Sheet, Have I Left Anything Out?

As I stated in previous posts I have been having problems with sub-modalities, but at the end of Bandler and MacDonald's book (1988) there are some good questions. I've made what I'm calling a memory sheet, do you think it is a good idea and will help to identify and become more familiar with sub-modalities?

It is hosted here in PDF format:

A memory sheet is a great idea if you find it useful - thank you for sharing it! A list can also be handy for noting the differences between states, eg limiting state / desired state.

If you haven't already seen it, here's an example of a sub-modality list in action (with Tad and Adriana James):

The question is - How could you take that from a content model to process!
