Do you watch it all the way through in one sitting?

I don't have enough money to go to a training, but I do want to improve myself. I don't have anyone to practice with. So, how do I integrate NLP?

Find someone to practice with. Seriously - a lot of these skills do need a live partner to practice with so go out and find someone. Perhaps locate some group interested in self development, like Toastmasters and look for a practice partner over there, or perhaps just put a few annuncements on the local forum 'interested in self development, need someone to do the excersises with' etc. - but going at it alone really isn't the best approach available.
