3D Mind v DHE -
(Anyway, I know I won't convince you. Yet....)i
Haha you gotta love scope ambiguity.
Right I´m going before I miss my flight p -
I know this is an old post...
If NLP is about using what works and NLP is about modelling, couldn't we (NLP folk) just buy the 3D mind DVD's or go on the course and learn the stuff and then incorporate it into our current skill set?
It'll be out in the public domain sooner or later. -
Re: 3D Mind v DHE 3D mind and NLP work very well together and yes you can get the dvds and learn all you need to know about 3D mind- as its a very simple modality manipulation process- you have to remember that NLP is a meta discipline and is about learning how to learn- 3D mind is a very basic intervention process- that shares some very common ideas with a host of NLP patterns-

I read as much as I could that was freely available.
I started experimenting with the ideas. I found something that worked for me. Perhaps more people can try it out. I don't know if it's a 3d Mind technique or not but I did get the idea from their website.
I was feeling a little low/bad feeling as I sat in hospital, so I decided to experiment to see if I could get rid of the feeling.
I thought of a time that I was running and was feeling really great, then I moved that feeling to the location of the bad feeling and then looked around the room I was in. The bad feeling went away immediately. I now felt quite refreshed, strangely. Took about one and a half minutes.
So since then I tried it with a friend of mine. He felt bad about studying, so I got him identify the place where the feeling was. Then I got him to think of a time he got good marks (school etc) and was happy. Then I got him to move the good feeling over the old one. He said 'wow'. It took about two minutes.
Can anyone try this please?
I'm almost 100% sure someones already done this.
If not I'll sell it and call it 3D Body! -
Re: 3D Mind v DHE Motivations make the people move to a 3D realm into DHE. I may not agree with Tom in viewing that 3D-dimensions do not exist.
Well, if your mind is thinking problems, difficulties,Models, goals, strategies, directionality, etc. All these are going into the 3D aspect of your mind. Good companies and managers modulate the "SUCCESS" into 3D-momentums to modulate Motivation.
"Fear rises into Threats of not doing anything. But, the mind does first think on a 3D-option to being in anxiety or a lot of STRESS levels." High blood-pressure, anxiousness, fear,skin-hairs raising at danger,etc....These are what but 3D-automatic things that our autonomic nervous systems throw us into ?
Beginning , to avoid these 3D-Models or DHE does take you away from the Movie or values that you treasure or hold. Sometimes Freedom comes into your mind. Challenge comes next, creating something signifies your inner values criteria. If we don't fulfill these values, which are into our minds coded stringently singly since childhood ; thence we are well ensconced into the 3D mind-structure, not thinking away from it.
Someone may throw out the book on NLP ; but cannot easily throw out the 3D experiences he or she got from meeting a friend or being in love or friendship so intensely satisfying or caring? What am i comparing, may not be an attractive territory map for you !! You may not care but the sub-modalities of brightnes, size, color, picture always are stored into your memories as something of 3D-picture.
Do you see now a brighter prospect into my words, are you then not bigger closer panoramically into 3D-view. ..? Go on further, share with me some of your experiences.
Have fun, in this club. -
Re: 3D Mind v DHE " If you are interestested in seeing me , please do so as your values are not causing internal pain before changing. It is easier to be into your minds eye than into others."
Bandler and Grinders book="Trance-formations"
I am perplexed with that other you out there.
