The Guest Trainers this year are David Rose and Sharon Sullivan, both Excellent NLP Associate trainers, David on Tuesday and Sharon on the Thursday. I'm the certifying NLP trainer so I'm there all week.

This journey of discovery is designed primarily for three types of people,
1. people who have already done some NLP training and enjoy getting some different perspective on the field of NLP, more flexibility

Why this format?
I've been involved in training Practitioners and Master Practitioners for a few years now and I experienced 7 day intensive and 20 day modular practitioners and various other formats. The thing that really stood out for me of all the formats none of them used the fundamental 3 steps of most NLP Processes

1. Have a goal,
2. Do some stuff,
3. Check your progress.

I believe this format used here, 5 day learning and developing, practice out in the world, 5 more days learning and developing, is the most effective way for learning and integrating NLP skills.
