I find most people live 'unconscious' with their thoughts. | | | | Message posted: 31st Jul 08, 11:57 pm

My new website should be up in the next few weeks and that will have what you're looking for and more! And I always announce what I do here on NLP Connections for all of my friends here, as I will be doing a little later today, as a matter of fact...
And as for Visiting a land down under, where women glow and men chunder, let's just say your request isn't the first time the idea's come up! Watch this space...

Looking fwd to reading more in the near future.
BTW, I grew up when that Aussie Crawl song was a hit, i would even say an anthem for a host of single young lads singing slightly different variation of that song on the dance floor, , not a pretty sight. Come to think of it neither was the night club. From a comical perspective it would of made a great National Anthem, just imagine Kevin Rudd, or John Howard (in his day), signing the song at the opening day of head of government meetings, perhaps break out with a little bogie, (or bogey), definitely add some life to political and state affairs. ROFL
Have a great day.

Posts: 2,875 | | | Re: A deep trance weekend with Michael Perez Hi All,
I can't officially announce this yet, but I said I'd say something today and I enjoy keeping my word as much as I can. So, here's a sneak peek at something I'm doing at the end of August.
This one's for the people who want to be great at practical coaching and changework, whether you call yourself a coach or a changeworker or not. You just want to be exquisitely good and effective. If that's you, keep reading.
If you've ever read much about Milton Erickson, then you probably heard tell or maybe even watched some shaky footage of those little seminars he would do, when he would invite therapists from around the world to watch him do what he did and listen to him as he taught them how work with clients in that magical way. Just a few people, 10 at most. And all of them up close and personal in his guest house, not looking at him from afar but right there sitting next to him.
I remember thinking way back when, 'I'd give my left arm to be able to have been there and to have had that kind of experience!'
So now it's 20 or so years later and I'm finding that highly trained people who do this stuff for a living are turning up at my door to sit and listen to me, to watch me work with clients and to ask me questions one-on-one. They've heard and seen that I work in a very unique way and that I get results where other people can't. So they come to learn from me.
And remembering what I *wished* I could have done, I've decided to do what I would have wanted for someone else.
It's going to be small. 8 or less people attending.
It's going to be a whole weekend. Saturday and Sunday, two days of more than 8 hours each.
I'm going to work with clients. Real clients, not people attending the workshop. Real people who react the way people do when they've not been 'cooking' in an NLP seminar they paid £££ to attend with their peers looking on, expecting a certain response.
I'm going to explain and teach what I did to get the results I got. No obfuscation. Just what I did as I did it and why.
Then I'm going to give each person a chance to work with a live coaching client. And I'm then going to give specific tailored feedback to each person on their work. What I thought was good, what I thought was great and what some different choices might be. Practical stuff you can use to get better at communicating right now.
I've not got an exact confirmation on the date yet, but it's likely to be the very last weekend in August in Central London.
This one's going to fill up quick. And it's going to be magic. You can Msg me if you want to pre-register.
I'm looking forward to it!
More as it develops...
Be Well,
Michael Perez

Posts: 1,302 | | | Re: A deep trance weekend with Michael Perez Thought I'd mention a major difference for me since the trance weekend: lots more creative thinking. I've long thought of myself as a pretty creative person, but like most folks I do get stuck in ruts, doing the same thing the same way just because that's how I've been doing it. The last few days, however, some part of me seems automatically to challenge my ruts, large and small. "Let's do it THIS way! Why not? Might work..." It's been lots of fun seeing what will pop up next. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | |
