Motivation ~ Expectancy Theory

Weds 26 March 7.30.p.m.Carol Parkes will lead a session on Motivation.

There are several theories of motivation, some are more familiar than others. A lot of people know about Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and also goal setting theory - but not so many know about Expectancy Theory. This is well researched and has been shown to work better than many of the others. Carol has been using it for a few years and says it is easy to use and it links in well with NLP.

So come and have a play with it! You could prepare for the evening if you think about something you just can't get yourself motivated to do and could use to work with during the evening

We meet on the last Wednesday evening of every month at the Hawkenbury United Reformed Church Hall. We start at 7.30 for networking, with the main presentation beginning at 8.00. Further details and map at www.kesnlp.co.uk
