8th + 9th July 9:30 - 17:00 Avenue House Open to all £200 (£150 for NLP Connections members) This session will explore various models of listening and questioning for gathering information skillfully and respecfully whilst building rapport. We will also explore: Curiosity Crafty Listening increases competence and confidence in asking great questions Responsiveness The ability to stay grounded whilst getting your point across Assertiveness Less waffle and getting more quickly to the heart of it Focus On self first (state of mind and body* ) then giving others our full attention Thoughtfulness Remaining functionally intelligent and clear thinking when the pressure's on Yes! Maintaining and encouraging the positive attitude that comes from intelligent optimism All of which enables Crafty Listeners to treat listening as both art and science, and to help motivate and inspire others.
