Integrating Goals & Values with Mark Underwood

This is the time of year when we traditionally make resolutions, set new goals, plan our holidays and generally ride the spirit of the new year to promise ourselves that this year will be different to and better than last year. Do you always achieve your goals? Do you always set your Goals the same way? If you answer “Yes” & “Yes”, congratulations, come & share your experience. If you answer “No” & “Yes” maybe it is time to review your method(s). If you answer “Yes” & “No” then you are already learning what works and we would love to hear what has worked best for you. If you answer “No” & “No” then maybe, we can provide some insight into what might work better for you.

In this session, we will play with the NLP Well Formed Outcomes and other Goal setting models and contrast and compare them. We will also play with our Heirarchy of Values and discover how much influence they have on our Goals and our success in achieving them. For example over the last 2 years I have set a Goal in one particular area that I have made little if any progress on to date, when I examine my own Hierarchy of Values I understand why. This year I will either do nothing (time & money) or delegate it (time & money) and be happier with either.

Mark Underwood has been hosting the Business Practice Group for 13 years and practicing his NLP skills with many business people with no prior knowledge of NLP for most of that time. For over 2 years he has refined his Coaching approach whilst pursuing some very ambitious goals and dreams in France. By asking different questions about Goals & Values and listening to the answers these plans have taken him into many new areas particularly around Banking, Finance, Money and Property, all of which have their own models to play with and have provided the leverage and opportunities to achieve his dreams. Curious? Come and ask questions.
