Forensic Listening & Feed-forward with Mark Underwood

This year we have covered the topics of “Business Planning for Your Life”, “Performance Coaching”, “Masterminding”, “Wealth Dynamics”, “Entrepreneurship”, “Wealth Creation”, “Clean Language”, “Intuition”, “Charismatic Leadership” and “Inspired Influence”. So now is the time of year for reflection and review. What did we learn? What do we want more of, (& less of)? What will we feed-forward into our plans for 2008 and our future?

What we learn depends on what we pay attention to. Do you always get your questions answered? Do people answer a question you didn’t ask? And, of course, do you always answer the question you are asked, or provide an answer to what you think was asked? And when you answer the question as asked, how valuable is your answer to the asker? And then there are the questions we ask ourselves. Are we listening? Are we asking the best questions? “The quality of our life is determined by the questions we ask.”

This evening we will play with your questions. Do you want to know more about any of this year’s topics? Bring your questions. Have you had a fabulous year? Bring your questions, we will definitely have some for you. And if you’d rather forget this year and start afresh what are the best questions for you to be asking now. You will also need to bring your forensic ears to listen to these questions. I will provide some examples to test/assess your skill. And then we will practice giving answers of the most value to the asker, so that they learn and feed forward into their future, and ours.

Mark Underwood has been hosting the Business Practice Group for 13 years and practicing his NLP skills with many business people with no prior knowledge of NLP for most of that time. For over 2 years he has refined his Coaching approach whilst pursuing some very ambitious goals and dreams in France. By asking different questions and listening to the answers these plans have taken him into many new areas particularly around Banking, Finance, Money and Property, all of which have their own models to play with and have provided the leverage and opportunities to achieve his dreams.
