I am looking for a new person to join my team at the NLP Academy in the role of 'client liason manager' At an abstract the level the job is about making an NLP Academy course a very special experience for each learner before, during and after the course.

The role includes making taking and making calls to potential customers, selling the right course(s)to fit their learning outcomes, liaising with learners throughout the course and providing post course support where needed. our offices are in Croydon, Surrey.

The NLP Academy has an extensive range of courses that are part of a unique brand in the field of NLP. John Grinder along with Carmen Bostic St Clair and myself lead our Practitioner and Trainers Training courses; we are the key provider of New Code NLP in Europe. Stephen Gilligan teaches Hypnosis and Mia Segal Feldenkrais. We also run a host of specialist courses and are a leading provider of NLP to businesses around the world.

Full training in sales, the NLP Academy approach and our product will be given. NLP experience is not necessary to start at this job. In fact when I hired NLP experienced people in the past they did not make the grade. The three very best people that have worked for me came with little or NLP experience (to start with).

Please note a key element of this job is selling, that means taking and making phone calls, soliciting new business in various contexts e.g exhibitions, evening events etc. The remuneration includes a basic and commission. The guys who work here have built very nice incomes.
