There are many card sets on the market but they all share one problem, they have text on them and once you know that you have to buy a different set.

New Anker Cards tm have no text on them so they can be used over and over again. Anker cards just have themes and ranks.

There are two pain themes..

Physical pain
This is denoted by a picture of one of the oldest weapons known to man, a club. The 13 cards in this set are used to anchor different types of physical pain.

Mental Pain
So much mental pain is produced by the fact that we all have to die so this is denoted by a picture of the grave diggers tool, a spade. The 13 cards in this set are used to anchor different types of mental pain.

There are two types of pleasure themes.

Physical pleasure
This is denoted by a picture of one of the most valuable items, a diamond. The 13 cards in this set are used to anchor different types of physical pleasure.

Mental pleasure
So much mental pleasure is related to love so this is denoted by a heart. The 13 cards in this set are used to anchor different types of mental pleasure.

In each theme we have lovingly tooled ranks to enable you to anchor pleasure and pain in different levels of intensity ranging from 2 to 10.

Each rank also includes 4 other cards. These can be used to anchor specific feelings that relate to the theme. They have letters to remind you of the types of feelings to anchor.

J
This stands for “January” and brings to mind time. Anchor feelings that relate to time to this card.
Q
This stands for “Quantum” and brings to mind very small things. Anchor feelings that relate to size to this card.
K
This stands for “Kidney” and brings to mind the organs of the human body. Anchor feelings that relate to your physical being tot this card.
A
This stands for a “Anything” and brings to mind all the things that you forgot to anchor.
