Chillout and Meditation Music Wanted

Hi all,

First of all Hello! I'm new to NLP connections, I hope I can contribute as much as I am going to receive advice here...

I'm currently looking for any freely downloadable music tracks that are of the hypnosis/meditation genre as I am wanting to practice feeling relaxed. I tend to have a lot of stress and I've found quite a lot of good MP3s out there, I was wondering if anyone here was into such materials. I've tried relaxing on my own but it just seems when I try to create a new me, I bring the old me with it, so I really need a guide. I found this amazing program called Brainwave Generater www.bwgen.com it uses Binaural beats and other sounds to help create a relaxed state - it certainly seems to have an effect o nme after 20 minutes. Also, is anyone reading this deep into buddhist meditation and the like?

Best regards and thanks in advance,
Jon

If relaxation and meditation is what you want I'm going to suggest you try "The Relaxation Response" by Benson.
His website <Relaxation Response> has instructions.

Re: Chillout and Meditation Music Wanted

Hi, new to the site and NLP. A site where mp3 music can be downloaded free/and or a donation to the artist is Jamendo. I think you have to be on line to listen to the music once it is downloaded. At least, that is my experience. I may have missed a link or two along the way.
The site is aimed at unknown artists. [ I have learned that most sites are aimed at the unknown. This may be due more to the fact that major labels have not released their artists to be as available to the present music formats for listening and downloading than an interest in the independent artist. ]
