Re: Right Brain or Left Brain

    Hi Stephen and co.

Thanks for that. When I looked the figure was turning clockwise, clockwise, clockwise. It was only when I physically turned my head 90 degrees to the screen that it moved anti clockwise.

Weird thing that the movement is consistently anti clockwise in my peripheral vision and consistently clockwise when I look anywhere near the figure.

By nature I am a lefty, in reponse to Birdget's enquiry about handedness.

    Nice one and thanks
    Shirley

Matt, I think she works like a Necker Cube...

...in that your brain will flip her back and forth as you watch. Which is the front-facing side of the cube? Bottom right, or top left? If both sides of your brain are sending information back and forth as they ought, (or so I've heard) it should toggle. And you should be able to toggle it consciously with a little practice, and what -- if anything -- that says about your cerebral hemispheres I'll leave to wiser minds than my own.

Okay, now can you switch it to top left? Then back again? And again...?

This is what the internet is best suited for------

brain/mind work. Like little six year olds chomping
to learn how to form letters and numbers, we still
get off on unadulterated P L A Y! The spinning lady is on the
    front page of AOL !
