is their only 1 happiness state?

eg if i make a happiness anchor and do a kinaesthetic swish on my happiness state and link the happiness state to eg a sad state (not that i would, well at least i wouldn't conciously! Im just wondering in theory)

wouldn't that mean that everytime i felt a happiness state it would automatically link into or trigger the sad state. So i could never feel that specific happiness state again (assuming the answer to my above question that their is more than 1 happiness state)

sorry if this sounds bonkers, i just ponder things like this occasionally!
and i dont want to just try it out and see in case its true!
