Example of a Strategy
i am trying find a strategy to a state i get.

can anyone give me an example of a strategy to a state?

does every state you get into have a strategy? do anchors have a strategy? because i am trying to find a states strategy and it might be pointless as it could just be an anchor and not even have a strategy!!

(i am just trying to get to grips with the concept of strategies)
