I would like your help.

Can anybody tell me if there is any sort of a structure or process set up were one can make a complaint about a user (high ranked) of NLP?

I've thought a lot about how to ask this question and I'm not really sure how much or little detail to give to it so for now I guess I'll just lay out the bare bones of it.

I'd consider myself a modest communicator. I'm sure all the intelligent people reading this will get the drift of what I'm saying and help me out a little more with it.
