Approaching Conversation...

Hi

Im going to try and explain this the best I can!

For many years I had a negative mind set, recently thanks to NLP I have been able to change some of the patterns in the way I think, but I still find it hard to communicate properly and effectively with others. This mind set focused entirely on me and for along time I criticised alot of things about myself, I was the only focal point for my thoughts. I now struggle to assert myself and sustain good conversation. I find myself worrying about social situations even with my friends and I suppose to a degree it has caused a level of anxiety, I find my mind goes blank and this starts the whole cycle in motion again!

I was wondering if any of you guys know of any NLP techniques etc for keeping my mind clear and making me more resourceful in dealing with this situation when it arises!

Big Thanks

Mat
