Time distortion methods & learning

Good day to all !

First I'll tell you a bit about my background in this great technology so that you have an ideea of where I might be. I've been reading and practicing NLP for about 1year now and not attended any seminar just listened to John la Valle Practitioner seminar audio and read a few books by Richard (Frogs into princess, using brain).

This is an era of information and it's sooo much new stuff to read and do and I want to develope some new skill of extremly fast learning.

One of them I thought it would be useful si time distortion though it's not the only place I want to use it.

Because many of you here have attented to seminars and plus have a better understanding of things through experience I would appreciate if you would clarify for me the time distortion experience.

My understanding is this: time doesn't exist and we make it so we have actually all the time we need. It's only that we can train ourselves to perceive experiences that we go through as passing slow or fast. or probably better said going through exp at the speed we want. I read somewhere here on the forum a topic about 'time distortion' but it didn't answer the questions I have so please don't give me that.

1. Someone there said that when you are in time distortion the voices/sounds you hear don't stretch out. That is because you are not paying attention on the sound but on the gaps between sound/events right? so instead of stretching the sound you stretch the
silence inbetween? but still the sound or event is an experience and since the time distortion means how slow or fast we go through that particular experience how come we don't percieve sounds streching out?
2. I know Richard is in time distortion when working with masses I heard him tell a story in wich he put this woman in a deep trance and taught her time distortion and then she beat a karate master because she moved much faster. And my question is, since we move faster, if I talk while in a time distortion trace, won't the words/sounds I speak be too fast to be understood by the listeners?

3.Please tell me a few methods to learn to deep trance myself and experience time distortion so that I can read books, do activities in less time.

4.What methods do you use for fast learning so that you keep up with all the new stuff, researches and materials you want to read?

Thank you a lot in advance guys !

Best wishes,
Seby
