What's the single biggest challenge you face in business?

I know I'm a 'marketing dude'...this is not a trick question so I can try and sell you something at a later date in my evil way

Consider it ad-hoc research...I'm genuinely curious:

Is it not enough clients?

Lack of a clearly defined niche?

Current advertising doesn't work?

....those are just some of my thoughts...what is it for you?
