| CV & Interview influence Hi
I'm new to the forums, just wondering whether anyone has any thoughts on the following...
I recently watched a clip of one of Derren Brown's "tricks" where he got a woman to read out a story that he wrote, and he was able to get her to visualise a teddy bear.
He revealed how he did this to her. He had written the story and presented it in such a way that e.g. if you took the first letter of everyline, it would spell teddy bear, this was the same with the last letter of ever line ann also the way he would write certain letters e.g. the title began with the word "Near", but wrote the "N" in a way that it may be construed as a "B", if one was to look at it carefully and not just glance over it.
He used little tricks like this throughout the story
So...I was wondering if anyone has come across ways of writing a CV to influence employers to hire you???
This also made me wonder whether anyone knows of employers who check CV's for this sort of suggestive language
This also led me to think about how influence could be used in an interview for a job
Any thoughts of people who understand this sort of thing would be appreciated
Thanks! |
