Remember - if what you're saying isn't being carried by a flowing, resonant, warm, compelling, have-to-hear-what-that-person's-saying kind of voice, words are going in one ear, and out the other - and you're being ignored! Great voices turn people on & call more people to greater action. Poor voices turn people off. It's that simple.
