An Interesting Example of Analysing Communication

Hi All,

Recently, an Australian book chain started a rather... innovative... practice of charging their vendors what they think they should have earned from selling their books.

Looking at things from a process level, how might you address this sort of demand? And what would you do if you were the employee who was asked to make this demand?

I'd love to see some different points of view here!
