| critique wanted context: recently I took on a temp assignment for a messenger service to contact their entire client database, perform a quality survey(over the phone) with each and every client and encourage them to use the messenger service's website for online ordering. doing the quality survey is very easy. encouraging the customer to use the website was an opporunity for me to use.........embedded commands
transitioning from the end of the quality survey to encouraging each customer to use the website for the stated purpose was done like this(embedded commands underlined and in italics)
"you should know that our website is just waiting for people to begin to use for online ordering"
"were you aware that our website is setup for online ordering?"(when I get an answer in the negative, I provide them a way to get setup for online ordering)then,
"when you use the website regularly, you'll have a chance to(offer an benefit or incentive)"
what I'd like are the more seasoned practitioners/trainers in this forum to critique this both from the perspective of process and the commands used. would you keep this the same? what would you change if any?
