Of Who?
What something is unconscious for a person, for someone else it may be total awarenesis.
To me, change takes places at 2 overall Levels.
The first one is the level of Perceptions/Beliefs. All
Dilt's logical levels. No matter how you approach it,
it boils down to changing glasses through which
you're looking at the world. Hence "Reality".
The second overall level is, changing Realities. Those
can be found somewhere else. And they do look Real.
Just like the computer in front of you now. That's why
they're Realities.
It's interesting to notice how changing Realities,
influence layers of the Dilt's model, including beliefs of the identity.
So the question is, are you doing changework at the
level of "Realities" or Realities?
And, what remains to be called Unconscious?
The definiton that seems the best to me at this point
is: The place where Language cannot access.
Let's isolate a bit this further:
At the first overall Level of changework -
Perceptions/Beliefs, there are 2 main categories.
Beliefs you have about the world and beliefs about
self.
One of the main things while you do changework in this
level, is that the human becomes the centre of
Universe. Why?......because belief about Self is the
most important in the hierarchy.
That's certainly not true. Human is a human no matter
who he or she thinks is. Then, the only question becomes
if and are you in Harmony with the Universe. Working in
the second overall level of Realities, makes me say things I'm saying:
Being, Doing and Having is dictated from somewhere else.
And, any mind model/method/system which doesn't take
into account things beyond and around Human, is doomed to be limited.
